Based in Paris, travelling the world. France, Sweden, Vermont, Kazahstan. I'm passionate about my job and will go anywhere in the world to discover good food! I have nine year's kitchen experience and can offer a wide range of services of tastiness.
I am influenced by my travels and by the people I meet. The food I make has a Scandinavian base, but is much flavoured by French quality of ingredients, Italian use of herbs, Asian spices and American gourmandise. And I love using wild plants and herbs!
